Matt Kiss

Matt started his cyber recruitment career in 2024 as a Talent Consultant. Passionate about security in general, his interest in cyber was sparked in his younger years playing computer games. Matt loved the idea of hacking and getting ‘behind the scenes’ of computers, however acknowledging the technical side possibly wasn’t his forte, he decided to pursue a role where he could support the careers of cyber security professionals across Australia instead. With his background in construction, both onsite and in the office, combined with his skills project managing trades, Matt has a great grasp of how things fit together, making a smooth match between client and candidate. A clear and transparent communicator, his relaxed nature and attention to detail ensures a collaborative recruitment experience for all parties. 

A gym regular, you’ll find Matt listening to a Darknet Diaries podcast while doing his reps. Weekends are for downtime, enjoying a drop of his favourite Hunter Valley shiraz from Brokenwood and in footy season he’s cheering on the Adelaide Crows.
